West Africa For Construction and Real Estate Investment Company was established in 2008, with its beginnings in Tripoli and its suburbs in the field of construction activities. It started with some machinery and a crushers in Ras Gadeeh. The company continued its activities in this field, always looking towards improvement with steady steps, sound planning, and diligent efforts to keep up with the developments happening in Libya, in line with the policies of our government. Eventually, the company gained the capability to collaborate with foreign companies in Libya.
Two subsidiary companies were established: the first one, “Secopsa Construction Company,” a Spanish joint venture, and we secured contracts for 5-star hotel maintenance in Libya by the end of 2010. We also entered into tenders with the Ministry of Transportation for road construction and maintenance.
The second subsidiary, “Siad Libya For Construction Company,” an Italian joint venture, was established in 2010. They specialize in construction and road construction, and maintenance due to their extensive experience in this field. The company’s activities expanded in terms of both type and quantity.
Furthermore, we are aslo consultants in 2010 to other Spanish company called “Bafesa” for desalination of seawater. We have successfully signed contracts for five seawater desalination plants (Tobruk, Abutraba, Derna, Sirt and Soussa) with the General Desalination Company. All of this was achieved with the grace of God, thanks to the company’s competence and excellence in contracting projects.
Heavy Equipments
The company owns 15 heavy pieces of equipment and modern machinery to support the company’s projects. These are continuously monitored under the strict maintenance programs in the company’s workshop.
تأسست شركة غرب افريقيا للمقاولات والاستثمار العقاري المساهمة في عام 2008 حيث كانت البدايات في داخل نطاق طرابلس وضواحيها في نشاط المقاولات من خلال ما تملكه من بعض الآليات إضافة لكسارة في رأس قديح ، وقد استمرت بنشاطها في هذا المجال متطلعة دائماً نحو الأفضل بخطى ثابتة وبتخطيط سليم وبسعي دؤوب لمواكبة التطور الذي تشهده ليبيا تحقيقا لما ترسمه دوماً سياسة دولتنا ، حتى أصبح لدى الشركة الإمكانية لمشاركة الشركات الاجنبية في ليبيا وتأسست شركتين الاولي شركة سيكوبسا للمقاولات المشتركة الإسبانية وتحصلنا علي فنادق 5 نجوم للصيانة الكاملة في ليبيا نهاية عام 2010 كما دخلنا في مناقصات مع وزارة المواصلات لإنشاء وصيانة الطرق ، والثانية شركة سياد ليبيا للمقاولات المشتركة الإيطالية التي تأسست عام 2010 وذلك للمقاولات وإنشاء وصيانة الطرق وذلك مما لديهم من خبرة عالية في هذا المجال ، وقد توسع نشاط الشركة من حيث النوع والكم، وكما اننا استشاريين مع شركة باُفيسا الإسبانية لتحلية المياه عام 2010 ولقد تم التوقيع علي خمس محطات تحلية مياه البحر (طبرق- ابوترابا- درنة – سرت – سوسة) مع الشركة العامة للتحلية وذلك تم بتوفيق من الله بكفاءة واقتدار لمشاريع المقاولات

تملك الشــركة 15 آليه ثقيلة ومعدة حديثة لتخــدم مشاريع الشــركة وتعمـل بمتابعة مستمرة تحت رقابة برامج صيانة صارمة في ورشة الشركة
